Erskine

We are proud to welcome the return of Erskine, Scotland's Largest Veteran Charity as our charity partner .

Erskine will mark the 80th anniversary of D-Day on their stand with a landing craft replica, actors dressed in military garb of the era on the landing craft and D-Day 80 themed merchandise and giveaways throughout the show.

Supporting Veterans since 1916, Erskine provides unrivalled support to veterans in Scotland, through four care homes and a Veterans Village, comprising of 44 cottages, an Activity Centre, five Assisted Living Apartments and 24 Transitional Supported Apartments.

Erskine is a family. Their strength lies in the very special blend of dedicated care, compassion and understanding they offer to residents and their families. When Erskine was founded in 1916, their aim was to care for Service men and women who had been injured in active service. Today, care remains the cornerstone of their philosophy.

D-Day Landing Craft Replica

Visit the Erskine stand to see Erskine's modular build of the D Day landing craft sat upon sand with actors dressed in military garb to commemorate the Second World War. There will be photo opportunities and donation collections in aid of the charity.

Bucket Collections

Erskine's friendly fundraisers will be visible across the Ideal Home Show Scotland to chat about the charity and to support Erskine’s fundraising.
