Scott Murray started his career right here in Glasgow at The Gannet, this inspired him to continue his progression and love for cooking which took him to London, Perthshire, and Germany. Working in one starred City Social, 2 starred Andrew Fairlies, and 2 stared Ammolite Restaurant. Scott's career has come full circle and he has now returned to The Gannet to bring his experiences and knowledge back to the Glasgow food scene.
