Nathan Strachan
Since launching my career in North Berwick, I've had the privilege of honing my craft at esteemed establishments. I began at Dean Banks, then transitioned to the Pompadour before joining the Gordon Ramsay Group. Subsequently, I spent two enriching years at the Michelin-starred Unalome by Graeme Cheevers. My journey also led me to invaluable stints at the two Michelin-starred Midsummer House and the three Michelin-starred Core by Clare Smyth.
