Trusted Payments
James Walker is a consumer rights serial entrepreneur making life easier for everyday people.
He's currently building Trusted Payments, to help ensure better outcomes for people with their home improvement projects. Previously he founded Resolver, Europe's largest independent resolution service, which helped consumers recover £4 billion, and acted as consumer advisor for a case recovering £1.5 billion.
He sits on the boards of Consumer Scotland, the Ombudsman Group and regularly advises Government on consumer policy.
