Fraser Reid is the soup obsessed greengrocer and author of cult bestseller Seasonal Soups. Fraser creates recipes for his ever changing Soup Bags, which he has been selling in his fruit and veg shop since 2009. As the owner of Fraser's Fruit and Veg, Fraser works directly with growers and suppliers, selecting fruit and vegetables for flavour, freshness and sustainability. His daily hands on experience at the shop informs his writing, grounding recipes in real kitchens and real lives.
