Barry Bryson

Barry was honoured with the prestigious Events Chef of the Year Award at the 2021 Scottish Excellence Awards and received the Highly Commended Award in 2024. Known for his innovative and high-end culinary experiences, he currently works across luxury brand menu collaborations, pop-up restaurants, and as a private chef for high-net-worth individuals around the globe. Between 2022 and 2024, he completed an international cooking placement at the British Embassy in South America, held a three-year residency on Islay, and served as a demo chef at both the Country Festival and the Edinburgh Food Festival. 

Barry's culinary journey has taken him to events in Chamonix, Gothenburg, and Palma Mallorca. In August of 2022 and 2023, he launched Barry Fish, a sold-out pop-up dining experience that captivated guests over twelve exclusive nights. Following its success, Barry Fish Part Two became a sell-out winter edition in late 2022. Most notably, he was selected as the chef for global luxury fashion house Chanel’s Scotland launch in 2023, further cementing his place among the culinary elite.
