Amber Rissman
At just 17, Amber Rissman is making waves in the culinary world. A finalist in the 2024 Future Chef National competition, she now holds the title of Scottish Student Chef of the Year. Currently studying at City of Glasgow College, she also works at One Devonshire Gardens and trains at Andrew Fairlie's 2-Michelin-starred restaurant.
