As the COVID -19 pandemic continues to change the way we live and conduct business, the Board of Media 10 Ltd have taken the decision to change the date of the Ideal Home Show Scotland from 15th - 18th Oct 2020 to Thursday 29th October - Sunday 1st November 2020.
The extra two-week time period has allowed us to take additional space at the Scottish Event Campus, to incorporate social distancing measures, that we feel may still be in place in October. It will also allow the venue management team plenty of time to transform the venue back from the NHS Louisa Jordan Hospital into a world-class event & exhibition destination.
Your tickets for this year's event will automatically be transferred over to the new dates, so you don't need to do a thing. Your tickets will be valid on any day that you wish to attend - simply come along with your existing ticket to gain access.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you but we feel that this decision is in the best interests of our exhibitors, sponsors, visitors, contractors and partners. The Scottish Event Campus, Glasgow is fully supportive of our decision.
We will of course continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak very closely and if the situation demands that the event on the 29th October cannot take place we will notify you as soon as possible.

What are the new show dates?
Thursday 29th October - Sunday 1st November 2020 at the SEC Glasgow, Scotland
Is the show still going to be taking place at the SEC Glasgow in Scotland?
Yes, the venue will remain as SEC Glasgow in Scotland
I already have a ticket, can I still use it for the new show dates?
Yes your tickets are valid for the new show dates and you can come on any of the new days – simply come along with your existing ticket to gain access.
Will I need to get a replacement ticket with new dates on?
No, simply bring along your current ticket, by either printing at home, or showing on your phone and this will give you access into the show.
Will the programme and exhibitors be the same for the postponed show?
We will aim to keep the programme the same where possible, subject to speakers being available for the new dates. We also hope that the exhibitor list will remain much the same. Please keep an eye on the website.
I have booked travel or a hotel for the show, is there any compensation to cover this?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover travel and hotel costs. You may want to contact your provider directly to discuss amending your booking to the new dates.
I have pre-paid for parking, will I be able to get a refund or use it for the new show dates?
What happens if I cannot make these new dates?
If not and you have purchased your ticket through See Tickets - please contact the customer service department at https://www.seetickets.com/customerservice. If you purchased tickets through a 3rd party ticket agency please contact them direct.
